Yoga - Yin & Yang with Deborah Langley or Julia Wolfram

The Ying & Yang Yoga class will begin by linking the breath to our warm up poses, then take this synergy into a flowing vinyasa practice. Expect to warm the tissues of the body from the inside out, optimizing joint movement and energy flow. Then we’ll take it to the ground in supported yin poses (which are more still by nature), allowing us to restore our fascia & ligaments. These finishing poses will have you feeling relaxed and ready for a post-yoga soak in the healing waters of Metung Hot Springs.

We offer complimentary classes to our glamping guests, with sessions taking place daily at 7.30am.

Bathing guests are able to book into the 8.30am wellness class of the day, on arrival at reception for $15 as an add on - spaces are limited and are subject to availability.

Each wellness activity session length varies from 30 to 45 minutes.
