This class combines the benefits of geothermal bathing with stretching, strengthening and balancing yoga poses.
Hot Springs Yoga classes take place on a Thursday at 9.30am and 10.30am.
Hot Springs Yoga classes are complimentary and can be added to 9:00am and 10:00am Thursday bathing bookings, at Metung Hot Springs reception. Please note that spaces are limited to 8 people and are subject to availability.
Each wellness activity session goes for 25 minutes.
