Winter Wellness experiences at Metung Hot Springs are timed to make the most of the popular annual East Gippsland Winter Festival, which is running across the region from 17 June – 10 July, and will feature more than 50 arts, culture, food, wellness and music events.

Celebrate community, culture and wellbeing for Global Sound Bath 2022 at Metung Hot Springs.
Enjoy the local musical talents of Ben Cawood and the tranquil sounds of nature, while bathing on our Hilltop Escarpment, as Poeta Hope, from House of Yoga, will join us to guide the group through Yoga in the energising geothermal waters.
Warm up your body with this active event consisting of a 30 min Group Personal Training session at our Hilltop Escarpment with Vee McShane, from HIIT Factory Bairnsdale and replenish yourself afterwards with some energising snacks. All abilities and levels welcome.
Beginning at dusk, enjoy the twilight views over Lake King from our Esperance Sail cloth Tent located at our Hilltop Escarpment. Spend the afternoon learning from the creators of the delicious Good Brew Organic Kombuchas, tonics and tinctures in an interactive workshop. Continue to graze over a banquet filled with East Gippsland wholesome foods whilst enjoying beautiful music from Olivia Lay.

Metung was the first Victoria town to enjoy hot springs with the sinking of a deep geothermal bore in 1929/30 and offered bathing to the public in concrete pools from 1960 to 1996.
