step one
Book your visit online by selecting the experience listed on your gift certificate, or select the experience of choice if you have been presented a freedom monetary gift certificate. -
choose when to visit
step two
Proceed to the summary page where you will select your preferred date and time as well as the quantity of guests, search for availability and continue with your selection. -
finalise your booking
step three
Sign in or create an account. When you arrive at the payment screen, enter your gift certificate number in the 'Certificate' drop down menu and confirm your booking.

Gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift certificates cannot be extended beyond their initial validation period or be replaced if lost or stolen.

Redeem your gift certificate at Metung Hot Springs and Country Club or at our sister springs, Peninsula Hot Springs or Cunnamulla Hot Springs.
To redeem your gift certificate, please contact our friendly reservations team on (03) 5141 2300 or via email info@metunghotsprings.com.
Please note: The value of a gift certificate can be redeemed for any retail products, purchases in the café, bathing experiences or spa packages, however can not be redeemed for purchasing new gift certificates or cash.

You can purchase one or more gift certificates either online, onsite at Metung Hot Springs or by contacting our Reservations team on (03) 5141 2300.

Certificates are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate or swapped for cash. Certificates are not transferable between guests.
You can however use your gift certificate for its monetary value and put it towards any of our packages or experiences at Metung Hot Springs and Country Club, or you are welcome to use the balance in our onsite retail areas or online spa shop.

No, the value of a gift certificate can be redeemed for any retail products, purchases in the café, bathing experiences or spa packages. Please keep in mind that gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased and may not be redeemed for purchasing new gift certificates or cash.

In most cases, we will not be able to offer a gift certificate extension. To discuss your extenuating circumstance, please email info@metunghotsprings.com quoting your gift certificate number and reason for requesting an extension.

Our experiences evolve over time, and package inclusions may change after 18 months. If your selected package is no longer available, your gift certificate will simply convert to its monetary value, ready to be used on any current offerings.
